Charles A. Miller, President of the company, following two immensely successful careers has embarked on a third.
A West Point graduate, he served twenty years on active duty with assignments in several countries, including two tours of duty in Vietnam. His military awards and decorations include the Combat Infantryman Badge, Legion of Merit, six Bronze Stars and Air Medal.
Upon retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Forming his own consulting company, he spent the next thirty years as financial consultant to major domestic and international banks and insurance companies. In this capacity, he authored numerous financial programs for his clients, including two highly regarded insurance industry videos.
The transition from professional to creative writing was a natural follow on and the start of career number three.
No stranger to controversy, his first book,Obesity is a Self-Inflicted Wound, chronicled his personal experience with a weight problem and his tactical plan to lose the weight and strategic plan to keep it off was a challenge to others to take charge of their life.
His recent work, The Vicar of Pineyville, is a fictional tale of a conspiracy between a crooked law firm and greedy priest who financially preys on wealthy widows. As a lifelong Catholic who regularly attends Mass, the author intends Vicar to be a wakeup call for the Faithful to demand more financial transparency and accountability from their spiritual leaders.
